Yes, it is necessary for all patients to make prior appointments even if they are visiting for the first time. We take a thorough history of the patient prior to the appointment and the appointment is scheduled only after complete evaluation of the general history taken.

What happens in the first appointment?
First appointment usually comprises of a complete oral examination giving utmost priority to the patients’ chief concerns if any. With the most advanced diagnostic tools we make a complete evaluation and advise a treatment plan. Further appointments are scheduled according to the patient’s convenience (time and need).
What is the payment structure?
We believe in giving you the best treatment. The fees always depend on the treatment offered and hence its best to discuss money after the treatment plan is decided.
What mode of payment do you accept?
In support of the vision of Digital India, we appreciate digital transactions like card payments, digital wallets and online transfers. We do also accept cash and cheque as an alternative payment mode.
How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
It is best to avoid cancelling or rescheduling appointments last minute since we reserve the time slot specifically for you. However, incase of any emergency it is best to call and inform the clinic reception and reschedule your appointment.

How long do appointments take?
At Dental Concepts we usually have a 30-minute slot reserved for every patient. However, we believe in giving enough time to every patient while making the patient feel very comfortable. In doing this, some treatment procedures can take longer. Patients are well informed about the approximate treatment time prior to every appointment.
